About Us:
The Scioto County Honors Music Festival is a long-standing tradition which has taken place for the past 80 years. Local Jr. High and High School music students audition to become part of the Honors Band or Choir and are given the opportunity to learn from their peers, other music directors and a visiting Guest Conductor.

This year we will be celebrating the 80th anniversary of the Scioto County Honors Music Festival! The concert will take place Tuesday, February 27, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for $10 each through the McKinley Box Office at Shawnee State University (740-351-3600) starting Friday, February 9, 2024. Purchase early for the best seating options!
